The Big Sky Fencing Association brings high level, Olympic style fencing to Billings, Montana. Entry level classes as well as advanced coaching sessions are available to accommodate any skill level.

 

 

Mariel Zagunis Slated

To Light The Torch At

The Big Sky State Games!

A press conference with Ms. Zagunis will be held Friday, July 17th at 2:00 p.m. in the basement of the First Interstate Bank building (401 N 31st St., Downtown, Billings).  All fencers are welcome and encouraged to attend.  What a great opportunity to meet a two time fencing Olympic Gold Medalist!

Opening ceremonies will include fencing demonstrations and a "tunnel of blades" salute to Mariel as she makes her way to the lighting of the torch.  All fencing participants are welcome to be a part of the opening ceremonies activities but must pre-register by e-mail at    to be included.

This is an unprecedented opportunity to help put fencing firmly on the map in Big Sky Country.  Come join the fun and be a part of Big Sky State Games history!

Including A New Twist: The competition is open to fencers from Idaho, South Dakota and Wyoming!

The BSFA is proud to once again host the Big Sky State Games fencing competition but this year has introduced a new twist: fencers from adjacent states who don't have fencing in their state games can now participate!  Follow the link on our Tournaments page for all of the pertinent information.
